Short term visa
It is not uncommon that short stay (family visit) visa applications are denied. We can help you lodge a legal objection and if necessary appeal the decision.
Please be aware, the objection should be submitted within four weeks of the visa being denied. It is important to seek legal counsel as soon as possible.
Facilitation visa
In the event you are, or may be, entitled to a residence permit on the basis of the European Union Treaties, but are currently not in the Netherlands, we can advise you on the application for a facilitation visa, which will allow you to travel to the Netherlands for the purpose of applying for the residence permit.
