Our fees

We will discuss our fees and costs with you beforehand.

First consultation
An introductory consultation with one of our lawyers is generally free of charge.

Should you require a more extensive one time consultation, we will discuss the fees before we meet.

Further legal assistance
If further legal assistance is required, the lawyer will assess whether you may qualify for legal aid. (een toevoeging).

For more information on legal aid and the terms and conditions that apply, we refer you to the website of the Legal Aid Board (www.rvr.org) which is also available in English.

In the event you do not qualify for legal aid, we will assist you on the basis of an hourly rate. Besides our legal fees, you may be charged for application fees, court registry fees, costs for serving a summons, sending registered mail and requesting deeds.
